Greg Hersly - Madison Realty Capital
Greg Hersly is Managing Director at Madison Realty Capital, a private investment fund specializing in commercial real estate high-yield bridge loans, and is Managing Director of Alpine Commercial Capital , a commercial real estate capital advisory and investment firm. Prior to joining Madison and Alpine, Greg was Vice President at Epic Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in education and training companies. Previously, he was an Associate at Yazam, a venture capital fund, where he made principal investments in technology oriented companies. Mr. Hersly began his career as a financial analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Salomon Smith Barney. Greg graduated from Cornell University, where he received a B.S. in Economics and Business Management.
