Taru Goel - Broadreach Capital Partners
Taru has recently assisted corporate turn-around efforts and technology due diligences for certain portfolio companies at Hudson Venture Partners. Previously he had co-founded XLNce Software, a Bombay based outsourced software services company. In 1997, Taru joined the founding team of PaylinX Corp. where he managed the product engineering efforts to become leaders in Enterprise Payment Solutions. On July 2000, PaylinX announced the sale to CyberSource valued at over $130 million. In 1995, Taru managed a joint venture with Mercantile Bank (acquired by US Bank) and DigiCash to pioneer and launch eCash, a secure and instant payment system that protects privacy. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from Washington University, has served as an Advisor to several companies including Everbank.com, Incogniti Inc., MyService Corp. and Opti-Port LLC, and has also been a frequent speaker on Electronic Commerce, including at Comdex, DCI, UCLA.
