The November 27th NYPEN Advanced Legal Series roundtable/class, taught by Kirkland & Ellis, will focus on the working capital component of purchase price adjustment mechanisms in acquisition agreements, and will include an interactive and largely attendee-driven dialogue about current trends, implications and structuring options. Attendees are expected to have substantial experience with working capital adjustment mechanisms and should be prepared to contribute actively to the discussion.

About the NYPEN Advanced Legal Series:
Classes in this series bring together a small number (10-15) of experienced investment professionals for interactive roundtable discussions about very specific issues that arise in structuring and documenting private equity and venture capital transactions. A strong working knowledge of the subject matter is expected, as the session will be involve considerable attendee participation.
