The New York Private Equity Network (NYPEN), in conjunction with Moody’s Investors Service and JPMorgan, invites you to attend a special session "Overview of the Credit Rating Process and Current Market Conditions" to be held on Wednesday, October 17, 2007.
 
The session will address some of the key drivers of the credit rating process from a private equity perspective as well as significant accounting adjustments typically made by credit rating agencies, followed by an update on current market conditions.
