NYPEN is proud to announce the founding of NYPEN Real Estate, an organization which offers education, leadership and networking events exclusively for rising real estate investment professionals in the New York City area. NYPEN Real Estate's education events will feature today's real estate leaders sharing their expertise in interactive forums that are highly relevant to professional development within the industry.

MEMBERSHIP
Membership in NYPEN Real Estate is free of charge, however, in order to qualify, one must be an investment professional at a firm managing descretionary capital for real estate. Members should be directly involved in making principal investments into real estate through acquisitions, developments, or debt/equity investments at the project or entity level. Examples of qualifying firms may include:

• Private opportunistic, value-added, and core real estate funds
• Private real estate companies
• Public real estate investment trusts (REITs)
• Mezzanine and bridge providers with dedicated and discretionary capital
