Session Overview:
In the current credit market, what happens if your financing doesn't show up?  This 10-15 person advanced roundtable will focus on the state of play between sellers, buyers and lenders in the push for closing in light of recent events in the credit markets.  The session will discuss transactions that have been affected by the volatility in the credit markets and focus on the transaction document mechanics and provisions that come into play when one or more of the parties involved signals uncertainty with respect to closing.  Attendees are expected to have substantial transactional and financing negotiation experience and should be prepared to contribute actively to the discussion.
