The New York Private Equity Network ("NYPEN") and Kirkland & Ellis LLP are pleased to invite you to the first session of a new NYPEN Advanced Legal Series, to be held on Monday, November 3rd.

Class Overview:This 15-20 person advanced roundtable will focus on providing a deeper understanding of debt commitment letters and the interplay between these letters and the acquisition documents they accompany.  The seminar will include an interactive and largely attendee-driven dialogue about current trends in the market and will use a sample merger agreement and a sample debt commitment letter.   Attendees are expected to have familiarity with these documents and should be prepared to contribute actively to the discussion.
