Class Overview: 
This class, "Chapter 11 Overview and Key Issues," will be a highly interactive seminar focused on current, critical restructuring issues.  Representative topics to be discussed include:

* Recharacterization of Debt Claims
* Avoidance Transfers
* Executory Contracts & Unexpired Leases
