The New York Private Equity Network (NYPEN) and Alvarez & Marsal are pleased to invite you to a session to discuss how to identify and jump start "Optimizing Investment Opportunities through Operational Due Diligence and 100 Day Planning", to be held on Thursday, March 4th.

Session Overview:
The session will focus on a coordinated approach to operational due diligence, value-enhancement opportunities identification and 100-day implementation planning to avoid pitfalls and optimize the investment opportunity and minimize time to opportunity realization.  The discussion will be led by Kathy Iversen and Markus Lahrkamp, National Practice Leaders of Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Performance Improvement practice, and Andy Hoffman and Darrin Wald, directors in the practice.

You can expect to learn:
 - Common approaches to identify and evaluate operational risks and value-enhancement opportunities in future investments focusing on the areas of sales, manufacturing, supply chain, IT and operations
 - Key considerations in leveraging opportunities and risks identified in due diligence and developing and implementing a successful 100-day plan

The session will include case studies highlighting operational due diligences, 100-day planning and ways Alvarez & Marsal has successfully helped clients realize value post transaction and fast-track implementation.
