Beverly is a regular columnist for BusinessWeek.com’s “The Boardroom” and co-author of “Building Better Boards: A Blueprint for Effective Governance” (Jossey-Bass, 2005). Her new book, “The Boardroom: A Roadmap for New CEOS and Other Top Executives” will be published in 2010.
