The New York Private Equity Network Women’s Forum is pleased to invite you to join fellow women in private equity and venture capital for cocktails and a discussion with Virginia Gambale on corporate governance, women’s roles on boards, and how women can think in quantum leaps and be real game changers for the organizations they help lead.

Ms. Gambale  has served as CIO at Merrill Lynch, Bankers Trust, Alex Brown and Deutsche Bank.  She later became the head of DB Strategic Ventures and a general partner in ABS Ventures and DB Capital Partners.  Since retiring from Wall Street she has been active as a member of numerous corporate boards including JetBlue, Piper Jaffray, Synchronoss Technologies, Morive, Workbrain, and IQ Financial, among others.

Ms. Susan Kasser, Head of Private Debt at Neuberger Berman Alternatives, will moderate the discussion.
