Many women believe that “having it all” is impossible, and that any woman who wants to advance her career must make huge sacrifices. Based on hour-by-hour time logs, Laura Vanderkam analyzed 1001 days in the lives of working mothers who earn at least $100,000 per year. What Vanderkam found, and will discuss during this interactive session, is that many women are able to make time to advance their careers, enjoy family and friends and pursue their own interests.  

In our time together, we will delve into misconceptions about how we use our time, strategize on how to maximize the free time we have and explore the idea of time logging.
